一、隧道技术和讨论课题 不久前,在日本东京举行了第4次国际隧道会议以及1978年隧道讨论会。38个国家的隧道技术人员参加了会议。这次讨论会的题目是“恶劣条件下的隧道技术”。作为举办国的日本,由于地质条件复杂多变,而且有许多困难的施工实例,在人口稠密地区修建,所以可认为关于隧道技术,日本有其所长。对于日本发表的涌水处理法、泥水加压式盾构、青函隧道的施工实况等论文,大家都很关心。日本的隧道技术,虽可供世界各国参考,但仍必须向其它国家学习,大量地引进先进技术。
First, the tunnel technology and discussion topics Not long ago, held in Tokyo, Japan, the 4th International Tunnel Conference and the 1978 tunnel seminar. Tunnel technicians from 38 countries attended the meeting. The symposium’s topic was “tunneling under harsh conditions.” As a host country, Japan, because of its complex and changing geological conditions and many difficult construction examples, built in a densely populated area, it is considered that Japan has its own expertise on tunneling technology. We are very much concerned about the papers published in Japan such as the gushing water treatment method, the mud pressure pressurized shield, and the construction of the Seokan Tunnel. Although the tunnel technology in Japan is available to all countries in the world, it must still learn from other countries and introduce advanced technologies in large quantities.
