目的探讨足月妊娠羊水过少对围产儿的影响及分娩方式的选择,以减少围产儿不良结局的发生。方法将197例羊水过少孕妇为研究对象,随机抽取同期分娩的同例数羊水量正常孕妇为对照组,对羊水过少孕妇的分娩方式及新生儿结局进行分析。结果羊水过少围产儿病死率及胎儿窘迫发生率明显高于正常组,差异有统计学意义。结论羊水过少严重威胁胎儿、新生儿的生命安全,一经确诊,宜尽早终止妊娠,并首选剖宫产。 Objective To investigate the effect of oligohydramnios of full term pregnancy on perinatal delivery and the choice of delivery mode to reduce the incidence of perinatal adverse outcomes. Methods A total of 197 pregnant women with oligohydramnios were selected as study subjects. Pregnant women with the same number of amniotic fluid in the same period of birth were randomly selected as the control group. The mode of delivery and neonatal outcome of pregnant women with oligohydramnios were analyzed. The results of oligohydramnios perinatal mortality and fetal distress was significantly higher than the normal group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Oligohydramnios seriously threatens the life and safety of fetus and newborn. Once diagnosed, pregnancy should be terminated as soon as possible and cesarean section should be preferred.
