老年急性心肌梗死的护理对策

目的探讨在临床上对老年急性心肌梗死患者实施综合护理干预措施的临床疗效。方法采取随机实验法,以我院收治的50例老年急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,将患者均分为实验组和对照组,对对照组患者实施常规护理干预措施,对实验组患者实施综合护理干预措施。结果实验组患者的护理质量和患者满意度明显优于对照组,同时实验组患者的住院时间明显的短于对照组,结果差异明显,在临床上具有统计学意义。结论在临床上对老年急性心肌梗死患者实施综合护理干预措施,能够有效的缩短患者的住院时间,提升了整体的护理质量,同时改善了患者对护理工作的满意度,在临床上具有广泛的推广意义。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A randomized trial was conducted in 50 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing interventions and the patients in experimental group were given comprehensive nursing Interventions. Results The quality of care and patient satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group. At the same time, the hospitalization time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The difference was significant and clinically significant. Conclusions The implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and improve the overall quality of care. At the same time, it improves patient satisfaction with nursing work and has a wide range of clinical promotion significance.
