将人下颌磨牙的42个近中弯曲根管分成3组,分别用逐步后退法、平衡力法和自动化根管扩大法扩大根管并比较扩大效果。根管预备在Bramante系统中完成,观察点距根尖孔2mm。结果提示逐步后退法组去除牙本质的量较大,自动化根管扩大法组去除牙本质的量最少。3种方法不同程度地存在有过度切削─侧根管壁的现象。自动化根管扩大法组预备的根管形状较好。
The 42 proximal and middle root canal of human mandibular molars were divided into three groups. The root canal was enlarged by the gradual retreat method, the balance force method and the automatic root canal expansion method, respectively. Root canal preparation in the Bramante system to complete the observation point from the apical hole 2mm. The results suggest that the amount of dentin removal by the retrograde method group is larger and the amount of dentin removal by the automated root canal enlargement method is the least. To varying degrees, the three methods have the phenomenon of excessive cutting ─ lateral root canal wall. Automated root canal enlargement group prepared root canal shape is better.
