１９８４年１１月～１９９０年１２月外科手术治疗２０１例先天性心脏病室间隔缺损。其中并存畸形３８例占１８．９％，中度肺动脉高压２５例占１２．４％，重度肺动脉高压２６例占１２．９％；手术死亡７例，死亡率３．５％。对其诊断、手术治疗方法及术后残余分流及杂音产生的可能原因进行了讨论。
From November 1984 to December 1990, surgical treatment of 201 cases of congenital heart disease ventricular septal defect. Among them, 38 cases were associated with deformity, accounting for 18.9%, 25 cases with moderate pulmonary hypertension, 12 cases with severe pulmonary hypertension, and 12 cases with severe pulmonary hypertension in 7 cases. The death rate was 3.5%. The diagnosis, surgical treatment and postoperative residual shunt and the possible causes of noise were discussed.
