目的:建立骨愈注射液中三七总皂苷和淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,3.5μm),流动相乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长203 nm,柱温25℃。结果:淫羊藿苷线性范围1.06~10.60μg,平均回收率为100.2%,RSD 1.54%,三七皂苷R1线性范围0.42~4.20μg,平均回收率100.6%,RSD1.89%,人参皂苷Rg1线性范围1.90~18.97μg,平均回收率99.9%,RSD 1.09%,人参皂苷Re线性范围0.18~1.78μg,平均回收率100.8%,RSD 1.96%,人参皂苷Rb1线性范围2.23~22.34μg,平均回收率101.4%,RSD 1.83%,人参皂苷Rd线性范围0.45~4.53μg,平均回收率101.2%,RSD 2.37%。结论:方法准确可靠,适用于同时测定骨愈注射液中三七总皂苷和淫羊藿苷含量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Panax notoginseng saponins and icariin in Guyu injection. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 3.5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was eluted with acetonitrile-water and eluted with a gradient of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The linear range of icariin was 1.06 ~ 10.60μg, the average recovery was 100.2%, RSD 1.54%. The linear range of notoginsenoside R1 was 0.42 ~ 4.20μg, the average recovery was 100.6%, the RSD was 1.89%, the linearity of ginsenoside Rg1 The average recovery was 99.9%, RSD 1.09%. The linear range of ginsenoside Re was 0.18 ~ 1.78μg, the average recovery was 100.8%, the RSD was 1.96%, the linear range of ginsenoside Rb1 was 2.23 ~ 22.34μg, the average recovery was 101.4 %, RSD 1.83%, ginsenoside Rd linear range 0.45 ~ 4.53μg, the average recovery was 101.2%, RSD 2.37%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable and suitable for simultaneous determination of Panax notoginseng saponins and icariin in Guyu injection.
