越来越多的技术性员工逐渐成为父母,IT企业应如何保持这些已为人父母员工在职业和家庭二者间的平衡?不少国外企业已开始进行各种尝试来妥善处理这一难题。该文主要通过两个典型案例和大量的访谈来展现企业对此问题的解决之道。希望能对国内的企业有所帮助。
As more and more skilled workers gradually become parents, how should IT enterprises maintain the balance between occupations and families that are already parents? Many foreign enterprises have started various attempts to properly handle this problem. This article mainly shows enterprises how to solve this problem through two typical cases and a large number of interviews. Hope to help domestic enterprises.
