目的分析手术治疗旋后内收型Ⅱ度踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法患者均采用手术治疗，术后定期随访，并对末次访问进行评分，以分析手术效果。结果手术治疗优良率为80%。结论对旋后内收型Ⅱ度踝关节骨折患者采用手术治疗，有利于患者病情愈合，具有临床价值。“,”Objective To analyze the clinical ef ect of operation treatment of supination adduction of ankle fracture. Methods Al patients were treated by operation, and the patients were fol owed up regularly, and the final visit was evaluated to analyze the ef ect of operation. Results The excel ent and good rate was 80%. Conclusion Supination adduction type of ankle joint fracture were treated by surgery, is benefit to the patients healing, with clinical value.
