本文通过试验对钢纤维混凝土、聚丙烯纤维混凝土及素混凝土力学性能进行比较分析,论证桥梁伸缩缝中采用聚丙烯纤维混凝土替代钢纤维混凝土的可行性。工程应用中,应综合考虑工程结构对混凝土的性能要求、使用方量、施工难易程度及材料成本等因素,并通过前期试验论证掺入纤维品种、或双掺等合理方案。
In this paper, the mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete, polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete and plain concrete were compared and analyzed to prove the feasibility of using polypropylene fiber concrete to replace steel fiber reinforced concrete in bridge expansion joints. Engineering application, should consider the engineering structure of the concrete performance requirements, the use of side volume, ease of construction and material costs and other factors, and through the preliminary test demonstrated the incorporation of fiber varieties, or double-doped and other reasonable programs.
