在管道对接焊缝的X射线探伤中,一般都希望射线能以一定的倾斜角度投射到焊缝,从而使焊缝的投影影象为一椭圆环。但在操作上如不采取一定的措施,要想解决同一条焊缝形象的重复性问题,以及大批量检验中投影角的统一问题,是困难的。为此,我们制作了一种轻便灵活、焦距和角度均可变更的 X 光机定位尺,满足了需要。定位尺的构造见附图。1为半圆卡圈——卡于 X 光机窗口上,便于定位。2为滑轨板——与水平套管配合,调整定位尺的角度。其圆心需落在阳极靶上,并在其上面刻有角度标记。
