承德钢铁厂几年以来对轧钢加热炉纵水管支撑结构进行了改进。首先于82年8月在小型轧钢厂加热炉进行节能技术改造时,取消了全部横水管,改用套管式立柱支撑,经过两年使用,工作正常可靠,进而在84年10月以后又相继推广到中型轧钢厂加热炉、小轧钢加热炉和连轧加热炉。目前除连轧加热炉在建外,其余三座加热炉套管式立柱支撑工作正常,效果理想,值得推广应用。现将套管式立柱的结构特点及其实用情况总结如下: 一、加热炉概况 l、小型轧钢厂两段燃油侧出料连续加热炉,有效尺寸:19.0×3.714=70.5m~2,加热钢坯60方、75方,坯长3m。设计加热能
