置身于深圳大鹏湾明斯克国防公园,抬眼望去,“明斯克”号航空母舰伟岸的身躯耸然屹立于前方水面。尽管舰上的各种雷达天线及武备只是复制的同比例模型,却依然显得威风凛凛,气势非凡。这艘由前苏联建造于70年代、1978年服役、并曾在十多年间作为前苏联太平洋舰队旗舰的巨型战舰,在前苏联解体之后因俄罗斯海军无力承担巨额的维护费用而被迫提前退役。在拆除了舰上武备并进行了保密性破坏之后,先是作为待拆解的废船于1995年出售给了韩国,其后又由于亚洲金融危机未被动工拆解而被一家中国民营企业购入,最终被作为独具特色的旅游景观而修葺一新,历经辗转后安置于深圳大鹏湾,成为世界上首个以航母实舰为中心的大型军事旅游景点,从此得以被长期保存,其今后岁月的使命即是供来自世界各地的游人观瞻、游览。
