在分析盾构主驱动润滑与密封系统构成及工作原理的基础上,结合LOVAT盾构主驱动润滑与密封系统故障应急处理与改造实践,分析了密封系统串油与损坏的主要原因,并提出了针对性的密封件优化和改造技术措施。该系统改造后,通过后续工程实践,达到了密封件与润滑系统改造的预期效果,引入了润滑与密封系统动态建压性能测试的思路和密封件结构优化的应用,不仅为盾构主轴承润滑与密封系统改造提供了借鉴,而且对高压工况下盾构主驱动密封设计选型研究和密封系统设计及研究具有重要意义。
Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the main driven lubricating and sealing system of the shield and the emergency treatment and reconstruction of the main driven lubrication and sealing system of the LOVAT shield, the main causes of the oil and damage of the sealed system are analyzed. Targeted seal optimization and transformation of technical measures. After the transformation of the system, through the follow-up engineering practice, the expected results of the seal and lubrication system transformation have been achieved. The idea of dynamic pressure-build performance test of lubricating and sealing system and the application of the structural optimization of the seal are introduced. And provide a reference for the reforming of the sealing system, and are of great significance for the research on the selection of sealing design and the design and study of the sealing system for the main driving shield under the condition of high pressure.
