应用抗细胞角蛋白单克隆抗体AE1/AE3,对部分非上皮组织和细胞,以及上皮来源的恶性肿瘤如乳腺癌、肿癌和鼻咽癌组织和细胞的角蛋白表达进行了研究。结果表明,AE1/AE3对骨髓、外周血、淋巴结和淋巴瘤的组织和细胞基本无交叉反应,而对上述癌组织和细胞则有不同程度的反应。所以,在病理诊断中AE1/AE3常被用于鉴别疑难肿瘤的组织来源。但因个别间叶组织对AE1/AE3亦呈阳性反应,而个别上皮肿瘤却为阴性反应,所以必须多因素综合分析。AE1/AE3对乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌的组织和单个细胞有很强且均匀的反应,可用来做微小转移的探针。该项研究的例数较少,仅为AE1/AE3的临床应用提供参考
Using anti-cytokeratin monoclonal antibody AE1/AE3, the keratin expression of some non-epithelial tissues and cells, as well as epithelial-derived malignant tumors such as breast cancer, tumorous tumors, and nasopharyngeal cancer tissues and cells was studied. The results showed that AE1/AE3 had almost no cross-reactions with bone marrow, peripheral blood, lymph node, and lymphoma tissues and cells, but had different degrees of response to the aforementioned cancer tissues and cells. Therefore, AE1/AE3 is often used as a tissue source for identifying difficult tumors in pathological diagnosis. However, due to individual mesenchymal tissue positive reaction to AE1/AE3, and individual epithelial tumors are negative, it must be comprehensive analysis of multiple factors. AE1/AE3 has a strong and uniform response to breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer tissues and single cells, and can be used as a probe for micrometastases. The number of cases in this study is small and only provides reference for the clinical application of AE1/AE3
