结论 180 d密闭环境噪声下,个别乘员听力水平在后期有下降趋势.“,”Objective To observe the auditory changes of the four volunteers worked and lived in the Controlled Ecological Life Support System(CLESS) platform for 180 d. Methods The level and distribution of noise in each module of CLESS and the individual noise exposure dose of the volunteers were utilized to assess the effect of noise exposure. The portable pad was used to dynamically record the changes of the hearing level of the volunteers in the experiment modules, and thus assess the effect on hearing level in a 180-day continuous noise exposure environment. Results The portable hearing test equipment could meet the needs of the hearing monitoring under long-term isolated conditions in the CLESS platform. The hearing level of volunteers during the experiment period was basically stable. But, starting from the 5th month of the experiment, some individuals showed more than 10 dB decline in more than 3 kinds of frequency bands of monaural hearing. Conclusion In 180-day CELSS integration experiment, the environment noise made the hearing level decreased in some individuals of the volunteers during the later period.
