一般工厂对脱碳层的检查都采用金相法,但该法要破坏零件,且检验时间长。下面介绍在洛氏硬度计上测量脱碳层的方法,该法简单迅速、不破坏工件,各工厂均可采用。一、原理我们知道,当工件表面有脱碳后,则其最表层硬度就比次表层低。因此有人用测量HRA与HRC之值来判定有无脱碳层,但只能定性,且可靠性差,当仅有少量贫碳时就无法判定,更无法知道其脱碳层的厚度。
