512型压铸机上的合模缸体,在使用中由于铸造缺陷而发生断裂(见图)。该缸材料为 ZG45铸钢。对此我们进行了堆焊修复,焊后经350大气压试验合格。经生产使用证明,焊补质量良好,现将堆焊修复工艺简介如下:一、焊前准备合模缸体的裂纹、砂眼均在缸体底部。底部壁厚为98毫米,其形状复杂,不易焊补。所以焊前准备需注意如下四点。1.先从缸体底部距离为315毫米处切断,另用45钢锻件粗加工出缸体底部。在接头处开坡口,按原缸体内
