我组以前精挑丝杠时,采用豆油润滑高速钢车刀挑扣,效率很低,一个熟练的工人,每班只能加工七、八根。为此,我们经过多次试验,终于试验成功硬质合金高速精挑扣车刀。这种车刀七分钟可精加工一根丝杠,效率提高10倍。现介绍如下:刀具结构:刀具的上平面与两侧面交接处磨成圆弧形(见图),并用油石磨光。为了增加刀头强度,刀头不开断屑槽,刀头材料为YT 15。
