忽视隐性职业素质培养是当前高职学校中普遍存在的问题,也是“企业难招人”和“学生难就业”矛盾的症结所在。基础学科是培养隐性职业素质的主要阵地,但现行基础学科教育中却存在诸多困境,其出路在于必须打破学科界限和知识教育的樊篱,围绕密切联系职业情境的项目,建立以综合职业素质为目标的跨学科整合的教学模式。
Neglecting the cultivation of tacit vocational qualifications is a ubiquitous problem in the current higher vocational schools and also the crux of the contradictions such as “difficult to recruit people” and “difficult employment for students”. The basic disciplines are the main positions for cultivating the hidden professional qualities. However, there are still many difficulties in the existing basic disciplinary education.
