新疆雪莲(Saussurea involucrata Kar et Kir ex Maxim)为菊科风毛菊属多年生草本植物。做成两种制剂:(1)乙醇提出物的水溶液(1ml=2g),(2)雪莲总生碱溶液(5％)。观察两种制剂对大鼠实验性关节炎的疗效。以大白鼠后踝关节注射10％新鲜蛋清液诱发急性关节炎。用左后足在注射蛋清液前后容积的变化作为炎肿发展程度的指标。治疗组大鼠先腹腔注射雪莲乙醇提出物溶液或雪莲总碱溶液,对照组大鼠则先同法注射同体积的生理盐水,然后两组动物都以蛋清液诱发急性关节
Saussurea involucrata Kar et Kir ex Maxim is a perennial herb of the genus Compositae. Two formulations were made: (1) aqueous solution of ethanol extract (1 ml=2 g), (2) saussurea root solution (5%). Observed the effect of two preparations on experimental arthritis in rats. Acute arthritis was induced by injection of 10% fresh egg white in the posterior sacroiliac joint of rats. Changes in the volume of the left hind paw before and after the injection of the egg white were used as indicators of the degree of development of inflammation. Rats in the treatment group received intraperitoneal injection of Saussurea ethanol extract solution or Saussurea total alkali solution. Rats in the control group received the same volume of normal saline solution. Then, both groups of animals received egg white solution to induce acute joints.
