目的探讨参地糖脉宁对实验性糖尿病大鼠脂代谢和细胞因子的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠,链脲佐菌素(60mg.kg-1)腹腔内注射诱导糖尿病,分为模型组、阿司匹林组、参地糖脉宁组。另有鼠龄和体重相似的雄性SD大鼠作为正常对照组。阿司匹林组用阿司匹林30mg.kg-1.d-1灌胃,参地糖脉宁组用参地糖脉宁溶液5g.kg-1.d-1灌胃,模型组和正常对照组用等量的蒸馏水灌胃;在治疗前、治疗后6周和治疗后12周,测定血脂5项;在治疗前和治疗12周后,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定各组大鼠TNFα及IL-6。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组的甘油三脂,胆固醇,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著升高(P<0.05)。模型组IL-6和TNFα显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);治疗6周后和12周后,参地糖脉宁组和阿司匹林组甘油三脂,胆固醇,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著低于模型组(P<0.05),而且参地糖脉宁组下降程度强于阿司匹林组(P<0.05);TNFα和IL-6模型组显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);治疗十二周后,参地糖脉宁组和阿司匹林组TNFα和IL-6显著低于模型组(P<0.01),参地糖脉宁组和阿司匹林组之间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论参地糖脉宁对实验性糖尿病大鼠有改善血脂和抗炎的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shendi Tangmaining on lipid metabolism and cytokines in experimental diabetic rats. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (60mg.kg-1), and were divided into model group, aspirin group and Shendi-Tangmai-ning group. Another male SD rats with similar body weight and age served as normal control group. Aspirin group with aspirin 30mg.kg-1.d-1 gavage, ginseng diphtheriae group with ginseng solution glycosylated solution 5g.kg-1.d-1 gavage, the model group and the normal control group with the same amount Before treatment, 6 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment, five blood lipids were measured. Before and 12 weeks after treatment, the levels of TNFα and IL-10 in rats were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) 6. Results Compared with the normal control group, the levels of triglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the model group were significantly increased (P <0.05). The levels of IL-6 and TNFα in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.01). After 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment, the levels of triglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, LDL cholesterol was significantly lower than that of the model group (P <0.05), and decreased more significantly in Shenmai Mailianning group than in aspirin group (P <0.05); TNFα and IL-6 model group was significantly higher than that of the normal control group <0.01). After 12 weeks of treatment, the levels of TNFα and IL-6 in Shen-Di-Tangmai-ning and aspirin groups were significantly lower than those in model group (P <0.01) P <0.05). Conclusion Shendi Tangmaining on experimental diabetic rats have the effect of improving blood lipid and anti-inflammatory.
