工程质量“使用后评价(POE)”是工程学领域中工程策划的主要内容之一,灰色关联分析也是现代设计方法论中的重要手段之一,文章在分析POE特征的基础上,构建了基于灰色关联分析的园林工程质量POE评价模型,选取了15项评价指标并运用因子分析权数法,确定了其权重系数,变幅为0.0477~0.0989,其中植物种植工程(0.0989)的权重最高,假山工程(0.0477)的权重最低。以湖南省长沙市梅溪湖11个工程样地为研究对象,利用灰色关联分析法对园林工程的景观质量进行综合评价。结果表明:基于加权法的关联度变幅为0.799~0.989,其中,桃花岭工程(γ=0.989)、白沙滩工程(γ=0.955)和银杏公园(γ=0.953)综合表现最好;龙王港工程(γ=0.799)表现最差。POE这种强调调查研究、注重实证的科学设计思想和研究方法的引入,可为提高设计质量,增加我国园林工程设计的国际竞争力提供科学依据。
Engineering Quality “Post-use Evaluation (POE)” is one of the main contents of engineering planning in engineering field. Gray relation analysis is also one of the most important methods in modern design methodology. Based on the analysis of POE features, Based on the gray correlation analysis of landscape engineering quality POE evaluation model, 15 evaluation indexes were selected and the weight coefficient was determined by factor analysis weighting method, the amplitude ranged from 0.0477 to 0.0989, in which plant planting project (0.0989) had the highest weight, Rockery Engineering (0.0477) has the lowest weight. Taking the eleven project plots of Meixi Lake in Changsha City of Hunan Province as the research object, the gray relational analysis method was used to evaluate the landscape quality of landscape engineering. The results showed that the variation range of correlation degree based on the weighted method was 0.799-0.989, of which the performance of Taohualing Project (γ = 0.989), Baisha Beach Project (γ = 0.955) and Ginkgo Park (γ = 0.953) Engineering (γ = 0.799) performed the worst. POE This emphasis on investigation and study, focusing on empirical scientific design ideas and the introduction of research methods, for improving the quality of design, increasing the international competitiveness of landscape architecture in China to provide a scientific basis.
