本文报导86例血管疾病的彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)与血管造影结果进行对照分析,探讨CDFI的影响因素及改进措施。本资料以血管造影诊断为对照标准,CDFI在动脉性疾病的诊断上敏感性98%,准确性96.8%。在静脉性疾病敏感性100%,准确性91.3%。结果表明:CDFI对病变血管的病理改变,动态血流观察,血流参数测定方面优于血管造影;血管造影在解剖结构定位,侧支循环显影、影像的整体现直观性较CDPI清晰、准确。由于CDFI无损伤,简便易行、费用经济、结果准确等优点,可作为血管疾病的首选检查方法及追踪随访的重要工具。作者认为,CDFI结果的准确性与操作者的熟练程度有关。在静脉性疾病的检查中,要加用Valsalva试验及挤压试验可提高显像率。
This article reports 86 cases of vascular disease color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and angiography results were analyzed to explore the influencing factors of CDFI and improvement measures. The data to angiography diagnosis as a control standard, CDFI in the diagnosis of arterial disease sensitivity 98%, accuracy 96.8%. Sensitivity in venous disease 100%, accuracy of 91.3%. The results showed that CDFI was superior to angiography in the pathological changes, dynamic blood flow observation and blood flow parameter determination of diseased vessels. Angiography was more accurate and accurate than CDPI in anatomical structure and collateral circulation. Because CDFI is non-invasive, easy to operate, economical and accurate, it can be used as the first choice for vascular diseases and an important tool for follow-up. The author believes that the accuracy of CDFI results is related to the proficiency of the operator. In the examination of venous diseases, to add Valsalva test and squeeze test can improve the imaging rate.
