针对综采面过逆断层区煤壁易片帮的技术难题,结合邹庄矿3204工作面地质赋存条件和开采实际,采用数值模拟结合现场实测的研究方法,研究了受逆断层影响支架呈现高压特征的覆岩运动剧烈区和平缓区,揭示了断层超前工作面活化、断层区内煤壁易片帮的特点,结合逆断层高压区和低压区支架工作阻力实测结果,得到JF23,JF21逆断层预加固距离分别为22,34 m,数值模拟结果与现场实测情况基本吻合。工作面支架配前伸缩梁,有效解决了断层区煤壁片帮难题。研究结果为工作面过逆断层的预加固距离及液压支架的适应性评价提供了理论依据。
