近年来,随着深层气井开发的不断深入,井层条件逐年变差,导致气井作业需求增大,常规作业技术施工受限,因此需要研究连续油管气井作业技术。通过工艺参数设计、管柱结构设计及配套工具研制,最终形成三项连续油管气井作业技术,以满足大规模气井施工的需求。现场应用表明,连续油管气井作业技术可实现带压连续环保施工,是实现气井高效作业的有效技术手段。
In recent years, as the development of deep gas wells continues to deepen, the conditions of the well layers deteriorate year by year, resulting in the demand for gas wells increasing and the conventional operation technology being limited. Therefore, it is necessary to study the coiled tubing gas well operation technology. Through the design of process parameters, the structural design of pipe strings and the development of supporting tools, three coiled tubing gas well operation technologies were finally formed to meet the needs of large-scale gas well construction. The field application shows that coiled tubing gas well operation technology can realize continual environmental protection with pressure, which is an effective technical means to realize high efficiency gas well operation.
