1 概述我厂于 1997年引进了 3台蒸汽型溴化锂制冷机。该机组为了充分利用高温冷凝水的热量 ,在高压发生器与冷凝水换热器之间的冷凝水管道上装设了一个孔板式节流阀。该机组在 1998年运行 5个月后 ,出现了节流阀出口管管壁穿孔而喷出高温冷凝水的故障。将节流阀拆下检查发现 :
1 Overview Our factory introduced 3 steam lithium bromide refrigerators in 1997. In order to make full use of the heat of the high-temperature condensate water, the unit is equipped with an orifice type throttle valve on the condensate pipe between the high-pressure generator and the condensate heat exchanger.
