目的 :探讨青春型双歧杆菌的完整肽聚糖 (whole peptidoglycan,WPG)的抑瘤机制。方法 :以免疫组化法检测大肠癌裸鼠移植瘤 bak和 bax基因的蛋白表达水平。结果 :WPG注射组大肠癌移植瘤 bak和 bax的阳性细胞密度、阳性表达率和表达强度均显著高于肿瘤对照组。结论 :WPG的抑瘤机制之一是通过增强 bak和 bax基因的蛋白表达 ,最终诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡。
Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor mechanism of whole peptidoglycan (WPG) of Bifidobacterium adolescent. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the protein expression of bak and bax in xenografts of nude mice. Results: The positive cell density, the positive expression rate and the expression intensity of bak and bax in WPG-injected group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: One of the anti-tumor mechanisms of WPG is to induce apoptosis of tumor cells by enhancing the protein expression of bak and bax genes.
