目前,国内生产的内曲线低速大扭矩液压马达,大都采用轴颈式配油结构,这是因为其结构简单,工艺性较好。但是,这种配油方式须依靠微小的径向配合间隙,要求以很高的加工精度和装配精度来保证正常运转、密封和配油效果,因此,它对液压油的“热冲击”非常敏感。即是冷马达开始运行时,立即输入温差较大的液压油,致使配油副各部件热膨胀不均匀,配合间隙急剧减小或消失,造成液压马达配油
