我厂使用的烘干炉都是采用以煤气热源为主的加热方式。但是,有时因为种种原因,常常煤气供应不足,影响生产的正常进行,为解决临时热源的补救问题,就用柴油或重油来代替,但是,煤气燃烧器的结构和高压油喷咀的结构不同,所以,要改换热源就得改换烧咀结构,这样,给生产带来很多不便。经过研究、摸索,实践中研制了一种简便结构,将煤气燃烧器略加改造,使煤气和油两种热源都能使用。此结构如图1所示。
