目的:观察大黄庶虫动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型MDA、SOD、ET、NO及核因子-KB表达的影响,旨在从抗氧化损伤、内皮细胞功能、生物因子表达等各方面探讨保护血管的作用机制。方法:用高脂饲料喂养加vitD3建立大鼠AS模型,用大黄庶虫虫丸混悬液高(1.4g生药/kg)、低(0.7g生药/kg)剂量分别饲喂8周后,处死大鼠,观察各组大鼠丙二醛(MDA),超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO),同时采用免疫组化法观察NF-kappaB蛋白表达。结果:大黄庶虫虫丸高剂量组(1.4g生药/kg)与模型组对比NO显著升高,ET水平明显降低;大黄庶虫虫丸低剂量组(0.7g生药/kg)与模型组对比血清SOD活力升高,大黄庶虫虫丸高剂量组(1.4g生药/kg)与模型组对比血清SOD活力显著升高,MDA含量降低;大黄庶虫虫丸高低剂量组与模型组相比血管壁NF-kappaB蛋白表达明显减弱。结论:大黄庶虫虫丸通过改善内皮细胞功能,减轻氧化损伤,抑制动脉血管NF-kappaB的表达,起到保护血管抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of daidzein on the expression of MDA, SOD, ET, NO and NF-κB in atherosclerotic rat model of aesthetics. Compared with the model group, Dahuang Shuzhong pill low dose group (0.7g crude drug / kg) Compared with the model group, the activity of SOD in serum increased obviously and the content of MDA decreased in the high dose group (1.4g crude drug / kg) of Rhubarb Shuffle Pills (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, Wall NF-kappaB protein expression was significantly reduced. Conclusion: Dahuangshushibei pill can protect vascular against atherosclerosis by improving endothelial cell function, reducing oxidative damage and inhibiting the expression of NF-kappaB in artery.
