随着经济社会的发展,我国的事业单位呈现出一个非常良好的发展态势。企业、事业单位是社会的重要组成部分,并且事业单位是保障并提高人民生活质量的一个关键所在。然而,现如今人社局机构的档案管理工作中出现了一些有关创新的问题,这些问题导致人力资源和社会保障单位,在对进行工作时,对有关案件的档案管理不到位,工作效率不高而且缺乏准确率,这样一来人社局的办事效率就会有不同程度的降低,极大地影响了人社局工作的进行。因此,只有合理有效地解决这些问题,才能使人事局档案管理工作合理、有序、高效地进行。
With the economic and social development, our institutions have shown a very good development trend. Enterprises and institutions are an important part of society, and institutions are a key to guaranteeing and improving people’s quality of life. However, nowadays, there have been some problems concerning innovation in the file management work of the agencies in the social administrations. These problems have led to the failure of the human resources and social security units in managing the file management of the relevant cases and the inefficiency of their work. And the lack of accuracy, so that people’s office social work efficiency will be reduced to varying degrees, has greatly affected the work of social and social bureau. Therefore, only a reasonable and effective solution to these problems can make the personnel management work file reasonable, orderly and efficient manner.
