摩托车柱状转向盘零件和离合器高压轴套零件均是带有内法兰的零件,针对这两种零件现有的机械加工工艺材料消耗大、劳动生产率低的问题,提出采用冷模锻工艺加工管坯来生产摩托车柱状转向盘零件和离合器高压轴套零件的新方法,设计制造了用于标准液压机上的两种零件的冷锻模具,分析了两种零件的成形过程。实验结果证明,采用冷模锻工艺加工管坯生产带有内法兰的摩托车转向盘零件和离合器轴套零件是可行的。与机械加工工艺相比较,冷模锻工艺能够降低材料损耗50%~60%,提高劳动生产率0.5~1倍,并达到节能减排的目的。
Motorcycle columnar steering wheel parts and clutch high-pressure bushing parts are parts with internal flanges. In view of the problems of expensive machining materials and low labor productivity of the two parts, a cold forging process is proposed Tube billet to produce motorcycle steering column parts and clutch high-pressure bushing parts of the new method, design and manufacture of standard hydraulic press for the two parts of the cold forging die, the two parts of the forming process was analyzed. The experimental results show that the use of cold forging process for the production of hollow flange with the motorcycle steering wheel parts and clutch bushings parts is feasible. Compared with the mechanical processing, cold forging process can reduce material loss by 50% to 60%, improve labor productivity 0.5 to 1 times, and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
