在合成聚氨酯乳液时,通过改变亲水基乙氧基(EO)和羧基(COOH)在聚合物主链中的序列结构或分布,研究它们对聚氨酯乳液亲水性能的影响。实验表明:乙氧基用量增加有利于提高乳液稳定性,其在聚合物链上的分布越均匀,乳液的亲水性越好;同样在预聚中引入羧基会使得聚氨酯乳液体系比其他加入方式的聚氨酯乳液体系的耐酸、耐碱性能好。
In the synthesis of polyurethane emulsion, by changing the hydrophilic groups of ethoxy (EO) and carboxyl (COOH) in the polymer backbone of the sequence structure or distribution, to study their hydrophilic properties of polyurethane emulsion. The results showed that the increase of the amount of ethoxy was beneficial to improve the stability of the emulsion. The more uniform distribution of the polymer in the polymer chain, the better the hydrophilicity of the emulsion. Introducing carboxyl groups in the prepolymerization would also make the polyurethane emulsion system more stable than other methods Polyurethane emulsion system of acid and alkali resistance is good.
