通过单因素试验,找出影响烧结矿FeO含量的因素为:混合料固定碳、烧结矿SiO2、烧结矿碱度、烧结矿TiO2、返矿配比、烧结料层厚度、混合料水分;其中混合料固定碳是显著影响因素,表现为强相关性。采用混合料固定碳计算公式,利用Excel电子表格建立生产应用现场模型,确定了烧结矿FeO与混合料的固定碳控制中心值,依据烧结物料结构与烧结矿成分变化,进行及时适当微调混合料的固定碳控制值,实现烧结矿FeO的稳定控制。攀钢钒炼铁厂从2006年起推广采用控制混合料固定碳含量来控制烧结矿FeO含量的方法后,烧结矿FeO稳定率比推广前提高了5.61%;同时,烧结矿固体燃耗、转鼓指数、烧结机利用系数等指标也得到了改善。
Through single factor test, find out the factors affecting the content of FeO in sinter: fixed carbon, sinter SiO2, sinter basicity, sinter TiO2, ratio of back ore, sinter bed thickness, moisture of mixture; Fixed carbon is a significant factor, showing strong correlation. The fixed carbon calculation formula of the mixture was established, and the production application site model was established by Excel spreadsheet. The fixed carbon control center value of the sinter FeO and the mixture was determined. According to the change of the sintering material structure and sinter composition, Fixed carbon control value, to achieve stable control of sinter FeO. Since 2006, Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. promoted the adoption of a method of controlling the fixed carbon content of the mixture to control the content of FeO in sinter. The stability of FeO in sinter increased by 5.61% compared with that before the promotion. Meanwhile, the solid fuel consumption, Drum index, sintering machine utilization coefficient and other indicators have also been improved.
