目的探索四川省血吸虫病流行区人群感染、环境污染和地理因素之间的关系,并确定感染的高度危险区域、疫区及其影响范围,进而确定地理因素、社会因素和生物因素对血吸虫病传播的影响。方法以四川省西昌市血吸虫病防治实验区收集的资料为基础采用特殊分析法,缓冲地带确定法,网络分析法,相关和分类回归树法(CART)进行分析。结果在血吸虫病防治规划中建立了GIS系统,并在血吸虫病流行区得到了应用。确定血吸虫感染的高度危险区、疫区以及影响血吸虫病传播的地理、社会和生物因素,可以为制订血吸虫病的调查和防治策略提供依据。
Objective To explore the relationship between infection, environmental pollution and geographical factors in schistosomiasis endemic areas of Sichuan Province and to identify the high-risk areas, epidemic areas and their impact areas of infection and to determine the influence of geographical, social and biological factors on schistosomiasis transmission Impact. Methods Based on the data collected from the experimental area of schistosomiasis control in Xichang, Sichuan Province, special analysis, buffer zone determination, network analysis, correlation and classification and regression tree analysis (CART) were used to analyze the data. Results The GIS system was established in the schistosomiasis control program and applied in the endemic area of schistosomiasis. Identifying schistosomiasis high risk areas, epidemic areas and the geographical, social and biological factors that affect the spread of schistosomiasis can provide a basis for the investigation and prevention and control strategies for schistosomiasis.
