研究了汽车板簧经喷丸后的残余应力对疲劳强度影响以及在不同载荷运转下残余应力的衰减规律。结果表明:疲劳运转过程中残余压应力会发生衰减,加载应力越大,大幅度衰减的周次数越低;在过载系数为1.2应力下运转尚未断的试样,残余应力衰减量相近,高应力的衰减量比低应力大;纵向应力比横向应力衰减快。
The effect of residual stress on the fatigue strength and the attenuation of residual stress under different load operation were studied. The results show that the residual compressive stress will attenuate during the fatigue operation, and the larger the loading stress, the lower the number of weeks which greatly attenuates. In the sample with unloaded overload of 1.2 stress, the residual stress attenuation is similar to that of high stress Of the attenuation than low stress; longitudinal stress than the lateral stress attenuation faster.
