目的:观察大鼠CCl_4损伤性肝纤维化门静脉压的变化。方法:以生理四道仪同步观察大鼠CCl_4损伤性肝纤维化后的主动脉压(ABP)、中心静脉压(CVP)和门静脉压(PVP)变化规律。结果:与对照组比较,造模组大鼠ABP无明显变化(P>0.05),CVP和PVP升高(均P<0.01),且与血清胆红素含量升高、肝脏胶原蛋白含量升高、肝纤维化病理变化程度一致。结论:大鼠CCl_4损伤性肝纤维化门静脉压明显升高。
Objective: To observe the changes of portal vein pressure in rats with CCl 4 -induced hepatic fibrosis. Methods: The changes of aortic pressure (ABP), central venous pressure (CVP) and portal pressure (PVP) in rats with CCl 4 -induced liver fibrosis were observed synchronously by physiological four-channel instrument. Results: Compared with the control group, there was no significant change in ABP (P> 0.05), CVP and PVP in model group (all P <0.01), and the increase of serum bilirubin and liver collagen , The degree of pathological changes of liver fibrosis consistent. Conclusion: The portal vein pressure of CCl 4 -induced hepatic fibrosis in rats is obviously increased.
