对电弧炉两步法冶炼低品位铌精矿作了物料平衡和热平衡计算 ,得出 30 0 0kW电炉冶炼富铌渣电耗为 3 2 0× 10 3kW·h/t、180 0kW电炉冶炼铌铁合金电耗为 6 32× 10 3kW·h/t。针对铌精矿冶炼中存在的问题 ,提出了提高热效率的一些措施和途径。
The material balance and heat balance calculation of low grade niobium ore by two-step electric arc furnace smelting process were made. The results show that the power consumption of 30 0 0kW EAF is 320 × 10 3 kW · h / t, 180 0kW EAF Power consumption is 6 32 × 10 3kW · h / t. Aiming at the problems existing in the smelting of niobium concentrate, some measures and ways to improve thermal efficiency are put forward.
