该文介绍了落锤液压动标装置的工作原理及其主要功能 ,分析了现有校准方法存在的问题。为提高校准系统的基本精度 ,提出了一种压力动态绝对校准方法 ,即用价格低、精度高的测力传感器取代测压传感器 ,实现压力动态绝对校准。文中分析了采用压力动态绝对校准的意义 ,介绍了实施方法 ,从理论上阐明了该方法可提高校准精度 ,通过实验证明了该方法的可行性。
This paper introduces the working principle and main functions of the drop weight hydraulic superscript device and analyzes the existing problems in the existing calibration methods. In order to improve the basic accuracy of the calibration system, a pressure dynamic absolute calibration method is proposed, which is to replace the pressure measurement sensor with a low-cost, high-precision load cell to achieve absolute pressure dynamic calibration. In this paper, the significance of using pressure dynamic absolute calibration is analyzed, and the implementation method is introduced. The method is proved to improve the calibration accuracy theoretically, and the feasibility of the method is proved through experiments.
