目的通过使用被不同产地木鱼石浸泡过的细胞培养液进行细胞培养,观察和记录细胞的生长形态和数目,总结出其对细胞生长的影响情况。并使用最佳样品木鱼石粉末和病毒吸附孵育,研究其抗病毒效用。方法通过与青石浸泡过的以及正常的培养液作对照,找出有益细胞生长的样品。并进行体外抗病毒实验,观察细胞病变,MTT染色后测量其吸光度,计算病毒的TCID50,分析供试品抗病毒效果。结果经过连续一周的观察记录,样品1浸泡过的细胞培养液内细胞生长状态最佳细胞数目最多。且其对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)有显著地吸附效果。结论木鱼石对细胞生长有促进作用,且有抗RSV效果。
Objective To observe and record the growth morphology and number of cells by using the cell culture liquid soaked in Muyu stone from different origins and summarize their influence on cell growth. And use the best sample of Muyu stone powder and virus adsorption incubation to study its antiviral utility. Methods By contrast with bluestone-soaked and normal broth, samples were collected to determine beneficial cell growth. In vitro antiviral experiments were performed to observe the cytopathic effect. The absorbance of MTT was measured after MTT staining, and the TCID50 of the virus was calculated to analyze the anti-virus effect of the test sample. Results After a continuous week of observation and recording, sample 1 soaked in cell culture medium, the best cells in the cell growth state. And it has a significant adsorption effect on respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). Conclusion Muyu stone can promote cell growth and have anti-RSV effect.
