随着铁路非运输企业经营改革和整合力度的不断加大,改变了过去铁路多元经营公司小、散、乱的情况,逐步向专业化、集约化发展,而且随着法人企业的大幅减少,总分公司管理模式成为主要经营架构。如何加强对分公司的财务控制,如何更好的让这种管理模式发挥更大效益,是我们必须思考的课题。
With the continuous reform and integration of railway non-transportation enterprises, the situation of small, scattered and chaotic railroad diversified companies has been changed, and the specialized and intensive development of railroad diversified companies has been changed. With the drastic reduction of corporate enterprises, Branch management has become the main operating structure. How to strengthen the financial control over branches and how to make this kind of management mode play a more effective benefit is a subject that we must think about.
