基于航空电网高可靠性的要求,提出一种新型三相四线并联型有源电力滤波器(parallel active power filter,PAPF)。该拓扑的桥臂均为单功率管单二极管结构,替代了传统桥式功率电路中双功率开关管串联的桥臂,从根本上杜绝了其桥臂直通隐患,并且这种结构利于有源滤波器系统效率及其补偿性能的提升。详细分析其工作原理,研究适宜的电流控制策略和直流侧分裂电容均压控制的实现。设计了一台3kVAAPF的系统参数。仿真和实验结果验证了新型并联有源滤波器系统的有效性和可行性。
Based on the requirements of high reliability of the aviation power system, a new type of parallel active power filter (PAPF) is proposed. The topology of the bridge arms are single-power diode single-diode structure, instead of the traditional bridge power circuit in series dual power switch bridge arm, from the root to eliminate the hidden leg bridge directly, and this structure is conducive to active filtering System efficiency and compensation performance improvement. Detailed analysis of its working principle, the appropriate current control strategy and the DC side of the split capacitor voltage sharing control. Designed a 3kVAAPF system parameters. Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the new parallel active power filter system.
