本例为纵隔肿瘤侵人椎管压迫脊髓，临床表现为四肢软瘫，误诊为格林一巴利综合征，现将病例及误诊原因报道如下。1病例报告患者，男，5岁。12天前玩耍时摔倒，起来后发现两下肢无力，并进行性加重。6天前两下肢不能动，偶而伴小便困难。1天前两上肢无力住院。检查：颅神经阴性
In this case, the mediastinal tumor invaded the spinal canal to compress the spinal cord. The clinical manifestations of limb soft palate were misdiagnosed as Guillain-Barré syndrome.
