提要将聚二甲基硅炕与沥青共热解,合成了不同沥青含量的聚碳硅烷——沥青共聚物,并对其结构和性能进行了研究。这种共聚物经热处理可转变成碳——碳化硅陶瓷。本文用该共聚物为先躯体制得了耐热氧化性优越的碳——碳化硅复合纤维。
Abstract Polydimethylsiloxan and pitch were pyrolyzed to synthesize polycarbosilane-bitumen copolymer with different content of bitumen. The structure and properties of the copolymer were also studied. This copolymer can be transformed into a carbon-silicon carbide ceramic by heat treatment. In this paper, the copolymer as the precursor obtained excellent thermal oxidation resistance of carbon - silicon carbide composite fibers.
