间充质干细胞是一种具有多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,在体内、体外可以被诱导分化为心肌细胞。心肌梗死造成大量的功能心肌细胞丧失,引起心室重构和功能失常,导致心脏功能衰竭。间充质干细胞心肌梗死后体内移植可以“归巢”到梗死区,定向分化为心肌细胞,改善受损心脏功能,被认为是细胞移植的理想种子细胞。本文综述间充质干细胞生物学特性及其体内移植心肌再生治疗心肌梗死的最新研究进展。
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are adult stem cells that have multi-directional differentiation potential and can be induced to differentiate into cardiomyocytes in vitro and in vivo. Myocardial infarction causes a large number of functional cardiomyocytes to be lost, causing ventricular remodeling and dysfunction, leading to heart failure. Transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells after myocardial infarction can be “homing” to the infarct zone, differentiating into cardiomyocytes and improving cardiac function, which is considered as the ideal seed cell for cell transplantation. This review summarizes the recent advances in the biological properties of mesenchymal stem cells and myocardial infarction in vivo.
