该文采用因子分析法、全局空间自相关Moran指数对上海基于区县单元的创新能力空间组织、创新发展空间自相关性进行实证研究,分析了上海创新发展空间布局的影响因素。研究发现:(1)上海创新发展空间布局呈现显著自相关;(2)创新空间组织已经突破资本驱动时代地租理论的城市圈层空间结构;(3)创新要素空间集聚与创新枢纽关系非常密切;(4)交易成本成为创新空间组织的新逻辑和新主线;(5)在创新经济发展初期阶段,“产、研”对创新发展空间布局的影响高于“官、学”。
In this paper, we use factor analysis and global spatial autocorrelation Moran index to make an empirical study on the spatial autocorrelation of innovation and development in Shanghai based on district and unit innovation, and analyze the influencing factors of spatial distribution of innovation and development in Shanghai. The findings are as follows: (1) The spatial layout of innovation and development in Shanghai shows significant autocorrelation; (2) the innovation space organization has already broken through the urban space and space structure of capital-driven rent-for-time theory; (3) the spatial agglomeration and innovation hub of innovation elements are very close; (4) transaction costs become the new logic and new main line of innovation space organization; (5) In the initial stage of innovation economy, “production and research ” has more influence on the spatial layout of innovation and development than “government and learning”.
