本文报告了应用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗３例白塞氏病的临床疗效，初步认为，优于其它药物。治疗方法是：蝮蛇抗栓酶３～４支加入２５０ｍｌ～５００ｍｌ液体中静点，每日１次，每２０天为一疗程，中间间隔３～７天，连用４～６个疗程。此后每半年巩固治疗２个疗程。蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗该病的可能机理是活血化瘀和免疫调节作用。
This article reports the application of viper antithrombin enzyme treatment of 3 Behcet’s disease clinical efficacy, initially believed that superior to other drugs. Treatment is: viper antithrombin 3 to 4 added 250ml ~ 500ml liquid in the static point, once daily, every 20 days for a course of treatment, the interval of 3 to 7 days, once every 4 to 6 courses. After every six months to consolidate the treatment of 2 courses. Viper antithrombotic treatment of the disease may be the mechanism of blood circulation and immune regulation.
