应用偏最小二乘法(PLS)与人工神经网络(ANN)相结合的方法,研究热轧砖钢牌号的优化,以期提高其磁感强度、降低铁损。生产实践表明,采用优化结果所设计的工艺参数,高牌号的产品比率有显著的提高。
The combination of partial least squares (PLS) and artificial neural network (ANN) was used to study the optimization of steel grade of hot-rolled brick in order to improve its magnetic induction and reduce iron loss. Production practice shows that the process parameters designed by the optimization results, a significant increase in the proportion of high-grade products.
