1995年4月13日,上午。青岛港前湾矿石码头。 “八五”国家重点企业技术开发项目、由上海港机厂与水运科学研究所联合研制的“斗轮式矿石卸船机”验收鉴定会现场。 斗轮机开始旋转、俯仰,直径达6m的斗轮欢畅地飞转,大块大块的矿石顺利起出,汩汩流淌在中继皮带机上……用户和专家都露出了欣喜的神色。 这是一个令港机人难忘的时刻,——国内第一台、也是世界首创的斗轮式矿石卸船机正式通过国家验收!鉴定验收委员会主任委员郑重宣布: “……斗轮式矿石卸船机的开发研究,起点高、技术先进、结构布置合理,填补了国内海港矿石等散货连续机的空白,整机总体上达到当代国际先进水平。……具有较为广阔的推广应用前景……”
