按照江泽民“三个代表”要求,建设好企业领导班子,造就一支高素质的企业经营者队伍,是搞好企业改革、发展、稳定的关键链条。而完善企业家队伍的各种管理机制,又成为这根链条中的关键环节。 (一)建立培训机制。针对企业经营者“总体素质不高”的情况,应通过专题讲座、理论武装、业务学习、岗位培训、纵横交流等形式的培训,建立起“定期充电提素质”的学习培训制。
